By using Inbound, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Inbound is an email application that categorizes incoming emails into five channels: Conversations, Purchases, Plans, Newsletters, and Activity. We provide tools to make managing, retrieving, and consuming email data more efficient and seamless.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You agree not to use Inbound for any unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our service.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Inbound.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any illegal purposes.

  • Accessing or attempting to access non-public areas of the application without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Inbound, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Inbound or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any Inbound content is prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Inbound, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inbound is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Inbound or its affiliates be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
